Binding pricing and scope are provided only in a signed written proposal or contract.

Our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Workmanship and product warranties for completed projects are governed solely by your written project agreement and applicable manufacturer warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G&C Outdoor Kitchens, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
