• Account information - if you create an account to save a project, we store your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Usage information - pages viewed, referring site, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Project and service records - quotes, proposals, site visit notes, photographs of the work area, schedules, and payment status.

• To respond to consultation requests, quotes, and questions.
• To design, schedule, build, and service your project.
• To send appointment reminders, project updates, invoices, and service notices.
• To improve our website, services, and customer experience.
• To comply with legal, tax, permitting, and warranty obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes (see the Mobile Messaging section below).

We do not use cookie walls or content gates - all pages, including this one, load without requiring consent.

These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, for any purpose.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction - including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and role-based staff permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain customer and project records for as long as needed to provide services, honor warranties, and satisfy legal, tax, and permitting requirements. Inquiry and lead records are retained while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at sarasota@gcodk.com and we will delete it.
